Registration is permitted for one account per individual. The 188win uses both automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. If more than one account is found to be associated with the same person, CPF, IP address, or payment method, all additional accounts will be closed and balances suspended pending investigation.

By registering, you agree to keep your login credentials — email and password — strictly confidential. The 188win is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the user's negligence in safeguarding their credentials.

Each user is responsible for all activity carried out on their account at 188win, including bets placed, deposits made, and settings changed. This responsibility extends to actions taken by third parties who have gained access to the account with or without the account holder's consent.

The minimum deposit at 188win is R$ 20.00. Deposits below this amount are not processed and are returned to the original payment method. No deposit fees are charged to the user.

The 188win only accepts deposits from payment methods held in the account holder's own name. Deposits made by third parties will be returned to the sender and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Funds credited to your account are only available for betting once the deposit is confirmed by the system. Boleto deposits remain pending until bank clearance — bets placed with a pending balance are conditional on payment confirmation.

A bet is considered valid and final at the moment you confirm it on the 188win. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed — except where cash out is available and you choose to use it before the event ends.

The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the valid odds for that bet. Subsequent changes in odds do not affect already confirmed bets.

In the event of a sporting event being suspended, cancelled, or postponed, bets will be handled according to the following rules:

• Events canceled before the start: bets are voided and the amount returned to the account balance;
• Events postponed by more than 48 hours: bets are voided and stakes returned;
• Events suspended during play: if the game resumes within 48 hours, bets remain valid; otherwise, they are voided;
• Events football with abandonment after 90 minutes: the result at the time of abandonment is considered final for settlement purposes.

The 188win reserves the right to correct obvious odds errors — such as prices clearly outside market parameters — and to settle affected bets at the corrected odds. In such cases, the user will be notified by email.

Withdrawals at 188win are processed exclusively to the payment method used for the deposit and in the name of the registered account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts held in another person's name, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit are not permitted.

The 188win may request identity verification before approving withdrawals — particularly for first withdrawals or amounts above R$ 5,000.00. This is standard industry practice and is designed to protect the account holder.

General rules applicable to all bonuses at 188win:

• Match-fixing: betting with privileged access to non-public information about the outcome of sporting events;

The 188win actively monitors suspicious betting patterns and cooperates with the relevant authorities in cases of suspected illegal activity, in accordance with applicable legal obligations in Brazil.

The 188win may suspend or close an account in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within the established deadline;
• Suspected use of the account for illegal or fraudulent activities;
• Self-exclusion request by the user;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months with no activity.

In cases of termination due to a terms violation, the 188win will conduct an investigation before reaching a final decision. If the available balance is legitimate — meaning it does not derive from prohibited activity — it will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled as normal, and the remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method.

The courts of the district of São Paulo – SP are hereby elected as the exclusive venue to resolve any disputes arising from this agreement, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these terms does not affect the remaining clauses, which remain valid and in full force.
