At 188win, every bet counts. Climb from Bronze to Diamond, unlock increasing cashback, priority withdrawals, a dedicated account manager, and much more. The more you play, the more the platform rewards you.
Five levels, each with greater benefits. You start at Bronze the moment you create your account.
Progression is automatic. Every bet — on football, crash games, slots, or Live Casino — earns points that move you up a level, with no manual steps required on your end.
Each level unlocks a larger benefits package. See what's waiting for you at every stage.

Cashback is calculated on your total weekly betting volume and credited every Monday by 12:00 PM, directly to your account wallet at 188win.
More than cashback — the 188win VIP program is a complete benefits package that grows with you.
Get a percentage of your bets back every week, credited directly to your wallet — no need to ask. From Bronze to Diamond, the rate only goes up.
From Gold level onward, your Pix withdrawals move to the priority queue. Less waiting, funds in your account even faster — sometimes in under 5 minutes.
Gold members and above get access to a personal account manager who knows your profile and is available for questions, personalized bonuses, and special situations.
On your birthday, 188win rewards VIP members with a surprise bonus based on their level — it could be bonus cash, free spins, or extra cashback.
VIP members compete in closed tournaments with real cash prizes. Slots, crash games, and Sports Betting — competitions available every week.
From Gold onwards, you get access to boosted odds on selected matches from the Brasileirão, Libertadores, Copa do Brasil, and other top competitions.
Diamond members receive invitations to exclusive events across Brazil — football matches, concerts, and in-person experiences organized by 188win.
Diamond members have access to a dedicated support line with immediate human assistance in Brazilian Portuguese, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
A 188win calculates your VIP level based on the total volume of bets placed on the platform. Every BRL wagered — whether on Sports Betting in the Brasileirão, crash games like Aviator, slots, or Live Casino — counts toward your progression.
Your point count is cumulative and never resets. Every bet you place counts, and you move up levels the more you wager. Once you hit a new threshold, the promotion happens automatically — you get a notification and your new benefits are available right away.
For Diamond members, the minimum volume must be maintained monthly to keep the tier. For all other levels, once you move up, your tier benefits are locked in for 30 calendar days before any recalculation.
Real stories from Brazilian bettors who are part of the program.
"I hit Gold in two months betting on the Brasileirão every weekend. The dedicated manager makes the biggest difference — I got a personalized bonus at level-up that I didn't even know existed."
"The 12% cashback at the Platinum level is what keeps me loyal to 188win. Every Monday morning there's already money in my wallet to kick off the week. I've tried other platforms but none of them come close."
"I went to the 188win in-person event in Rio — it was incredible. Meeting other Diamond members face to face, watching the game from a VIP box, and even getting an exclusive welcome bonus on-site. A truly one-of-a-kind experience."
Everything you need to know before starting your VIP journey.
When you bet regularly on a platform, it makes sense for that platform to recognize the relationship and give something meaningful back. That's exactly how 188win envisions its VIP Program — not as a marketing add-on, but as a genuine rewards system with benefits that scale proportionally to your betting volume and are credited automatically, with no red tape.
The program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each one comes with a larger set of perks, and progression happens naturally as you keep betting on the games you already enjoy — whether that's football in the Brasileirão, crash games like Aviator, progressive jackpot slots, or live casino with real-time dealers. No matter the category, every bet counts toward your level.
Weekly cashback is the most valued benefit among members of 188win. At Bronze you already get 3% of your bets back every week. That rate climbs to 5% at Silver, 8% at Gold, 12% at Platinum, and reaches 20% at Diamond. In practice, a Diamond member who wagers R$ 5.000,00 in a week receives R$ 1.000,00 back the following Monday, credited directly to their wallet and available to use right away. That completely changes the long-term math of the game.
Priority withdrawals make a real difference in everyday life. From Gold level onwards, your Pix withdrawal requests are placed in a separate queue from the standard one — meaning less waiting and faster access to your funds. For Diamond members, processing is virtually instant; some report receiving their balance in under 5 minutes after requesting, 24 hours a day.
The dedicated account manager — available from Gold level up — is a benefit you don't know you're missing until you have it. This isn't a chatbot or a generic support agent; it's a real person who knows your account history, understands what you're looking for on the platform, and can negotiate personalized bonus terms, limits, and exclusive promotions that other users simply don't have access to. For frequent bettors, that direct line is worth a lot.
Exclusive VIP tournaments are another standout benefit. 188win runs closed weekly tournaments for Silver members and above, with real cash prizes distributed among the top finishers. The tournaments cover different categories — crash games, Sports Betting, slots — and the leaderboard updates in real time on the platform. It's a way to add a competitive layer and increase your earning potential without risking more than you planned.
For Diamond members, 188win goes beyond the digital. In-person events across Brazil — ranging from stadium VIP boxes to exclusive parties in cities like Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and Fortaleza — are experiences that very few platforms offer. These events bring together the highest-level members, build a real community of bettors, and represent the ultimate recognition for those who are part of the program.
If you're just getting started, don't worry about Diamond right away. The most important thing is to create your account for free, take advantage of the welcome bonus of up to R$ 500.00 on your first deposit, and start building up bets in the categories you already enjoy. Progression comes naturally, and every level brings real improvements to your experience with 188win. The longer you stay, the more the platform rewards your loyalty — and that's a promise 188win delivers every Monday, straight to your wallet.
